Hemp and Marijuana both originate from the same plant. The legal definition of Hemp is Cannabis containing .3% or less THC (the cannabinoid that gets you high)  Hemp or Cannabis < .3% is now legal in all 50 states.

2. What is CBD?

CBD stands for “Cannabidiol” - Just one of 100’s of chemical constituents known as Cannabinoids found in Cannabis plants

CBD is Non-psychoactive – It won’t make you high, but you should feel relaxed

3. What does CBD do and how?

There is a newly discovered system in your body called the Endocannibinoid System (like your Circulatory System or your Nervous System) that has receptors inside your body and on your skin (See picture top ).  This system stabilizes your internal body and creates balance, known as homeostatis. It regulates temperature, mood, immune system, pain, sleep, memory, and appetite.

The receptors work like a lock;  Cannabinoids (CBD & others) are the key. They help regulate, bring balance and stabilize the body so it functions correctly.
